• In order to guarantee the booking we need to receive 30% of the tenancy rate through bank transfer or postal order;  please also be so kind to send a copy of the payment to our email address or to our fax number.
• The balance of the remaining  70% has to be settled by cash upon arrival.
• At the moment of the keys delivery a deposit of Euro 50 per person will be required; it will be fully given back at the end of your stay, after having checked the status of the house on the departure date.
• The tenancy rate includes: the use of water, gas and electrical power.
• The tenancy rate includes the weekly supply of linen and towels and the final cleaning.
• The tenancy rate does not include the heating expenses.
• Upon arrival the house is clean and tidy, therefore it has to be left in the same conditions, otherwise the deposit of Euro 50 per person will be held.
• Your holiday  week starts and ends on Saturdays.
• Arrival:  between     14.00 - 16.00 hours
• Departure between  9.00 - 10.00 hours
• It is possible to have personalized stays according to our availability.
• Possibility of extra beds, after the landlord’s approval.
• The accomodation of more people than those allowed in each house is not permitted.
• People different from those recorded on the tenancy contract cannot be accommodated.
• Pets allowed, after the landlord’s approval, only in the garden and in the outside spaces..
• Small electrical appliances are not provided (iron, hair dryer, toaster, blender, percolator, etc).
• No air- conditioned
• No smoking inside the farmhouse.
• Owners not in loco.
