The farmhouse, facing south, is located  two hundreds meters from the beach and four km from the Bolsena city centre.

It has got two floors. Thanks to its large windows you can enjoy daylight from dawn to dusk. With high ceilings, all the rooms are very spacious and have one or more windows  (bathrooms as well).

On the ground floor there are a lounge, a living room, a kitchen and a store room; upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower).

The interiors are fully furnished. The living kitchen is equipped  with electrical appliances (a gas cooker with electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing- machine), tableware and utensils.

The big dining room with its convivial table and its big fireplace is the house’s heart. The living room, always sunny, is a perfect living zone.

The bedrooms (two double and three triple) have got linen and towels; in one bedroom there is a fireplace, the others have got a wood stove.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a fully fenced big garden equipped with fittings, a pergola, a big masonry wood oven, outside shower, car parks. An ancient olive grove is all around the house.

At clients’ disposal there are a satellite TV, a dolby surround system, a stereo system and a cd player.

At two hundreds meters from the house there are a bus stop, a sailing  club , two camping sites with bar, market and restaurants and fruit and vegetables retailers.

At 400 mt. Sailing club with rent-a-boat and sailing school; at 500 mt. riding horses.
